MEP 3700 series is a one-component heat-curing water-based epoxy spray material with a thermal conductivity of up to 2.0W. It is environmentally friendly and compliant. It can be directly coated on the surface of a radiator or metal base plate to form a continuous, strong adhesion thermal insulation film layer. While achieving high thermal conductivity, it also has electrical insulation and protection functions, creating a "thermal conductivity + insulation + protection integrated interface" and becoming an innovative choice for high-power module packaging. Suitable for high heat dissipation density scenarios such as AI power supplies, high-power DC/DC, OBC, and server VRM modules.
Application advantages:
Thermal conductive insulation coating can replace insulation sheets in application scenarios to avoid the risk of cracks in high-frequency vibration environments
The coating dries instantly and can be sprayed on R corners, grooves and sides. It supports different 3D designs and is flexible and efficient.
A single spraying is only 5μm, which can be repeatedly superimposed to reach the target thickness. Multiple sprayings can simultaneously compensate for defects and improve yield.
The coating thickness can be precisely controlled, the thickness is uniform, and the Cpk can reach 1.67
