N-PU 5200 series is MCOTI's different viscosity, single-component, UV- and moisture dual-curing conformal coating specially designed to protect circuit boards. This product does not contain solvents, has low odor, low curing energy, fast curing speed, is economical and environmentally friendly, and is suitable for various spraying processes. It has excellent moisture resistance, yellowing resistance and chemical resistance. It is one of the few three-proof coating products in the industry that has passed rigorous testing. It has completed more than 70 vehicle-level tests and has reached long-term cooperation with many leading companies.

Test Highlights

• Passed 70+ car-level testing

• -40~125℃ @1500H temperature shock cycle, the glue layer will not crack or delaminate;

• 1008H high temperature and high humidity cycle maintains 2.1×10¹³Ω high resistance, stable SIR;

• Passed 1008H️ salt spray test, no cracking, no rust, no loss of adhesion

• CTI>600V, high insulation reliability;
