MCOTI Display Structural Bonding Adhesive

MCOTI's display structural adhesive is widely used in the structural fixation and assembly of vehicle displays, central control screens, instrument panels and HUD head-up display systems. It is also suitable for televisions, monitors, consumer electronics and other fields. The product combines excellent bonding strength, flexibility and environmental resistance, can effectively alleviate thermal stress and mechanical impact, and provide long-term and stable structural protection for display modules.

PUR Hot-melt Adhesive|MPU 74600

  • High bonding strength: perfectly matches AZ91D magnesium alloy, ink glass, PC/ABS, PMMA, covering mainstream screen bonding scenarios;

  • Excellent high and low temperature reliability: Stable mechanical properties in -40℃~90℃ environment / Aging test: 95℃@1000hrs, AZ91D + ink glass strength retention rate >90%;

  • Process-friendly: The opening time is controllable, more than 80% of the glue line width is maintained within 2 minutes, and stable bonding is still possible within 5 minutes;

  • The process can be refurbished, suitable for mass production on automated production lines;

  • Low water absorption rate ensures long-term use of the screen without degumming or bubbles.

Hybrid Structural Bonding Adhesive|MHY 96250B

  • Fast initial cure speed, good adhesion and impact resistance to securely secure and protect LCD displays (or OLEDs) and housings;

    • Initial cure: 80oC @10mins (25oC @ 2~4hour)

    • Fully Cured: 80oC @4h (25oC @ 7days)

  • Excellent bonding strength to a variety of substrates, such as aluminum, magnesium, PCB, PMMA, ABS, PA66 and PC;

  • It is especially suitable for bonding super large screens. Its flexibility and low modulus characteristics will not cause local stress concentration and avoid poor detachment of the bonding surface.
