Ultrasonic spraying uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to atomize liquid into uniform micron-sized droplets, which are then transported to the surface of the substrate through a carrier gas to form a coating. Compared with traditional air spraying, the droplet size is more uniform and the spray speed is lower, enabling high-precision film deposition.
