As energy storage PCS develops towards high power density and high integration, power devices have put forward higher requirements for heat dissipation efficiency and electrical insulation performance. The MEP 3700 series launched by MCOTI is a one-component heat-curing water-based epoxy spray material that can be sprayed directly on the surface of a radiator or metal base plate to form a dense, continuous, and highly adhesive thermally conductive insulating coating that can compress the creepage distance, breakdown risk, and heat conduction path between power devices, magnetic components, and metal casings.
