MCOTI has created three sets of differentiated special adhesives for magnet bonding based on the two mainstream magnet pasting processes of the inner magnet and the outer magnet of the permanent magnet motor rotor: quick-assembly two-component acrylic W126, and insulating and high-temperature-resistant one-component epoxy MEP 3715. The full series is suitable for the bonding of NdFeB, ferrite, silicon steel, ceramics, and various metal substrates, covering the needs of different working conditions such as new energy vehicle drive motors, industrial servos, energy storage generators, home appliance permanent magnet motors, etc., taking into account the four core requirements of automated production line efficiency, electrical insulation, long-term aging resistance, and high-speed structural strength.

W 126 is suitable for bonding with various substrates. The colloid is transparent, has moderate viscosity and is not easy to sag; it cures quickly in stages and has a long-term working temperature of - 65℃~165℃. It is a universal magnetic steel bonding solution that takes into account production efficiency and wide temperature range weather resistance.

MEP 3715 is a one-component solvent-free modified epoxy resin. It has high thixotropy and is not easy to flow. It mainly has the dual properties of insulation + high temperature and humidity resistance. It has a flexible curing window. It has a long-term use temperature of - 40℃~150℃ and has excellent adhesion at high temperatures.
