CCS-FPC encapsulation
The CCS in the energy storage battery system integrates key components such as FPC flexible circuits, sampling terminals and connectors, and faces complex working conditions such as vibration, heat and humidity, and hot and cold cycles for a long time. CCS/FPC encapsulating adhesive is used to encapsulate flexible circuits and electronic components to provide insulation protection, environmental sealing and structural support for key connection parts, improving the long-term reliability of the battery sampling system.

NTC/FUSE encapsulation: integrally encapsulate the temperature sensor and fuse to provide mechanical and environmental protection;

Connector potting: fill the internal gap of the connector to achieve sealing protection and improve connection stability;

Crimp terminal encapsulation: protects the crimping area and reduces the impact of vibration and external impact on connection reliability;

Nickel sheet reinforcement: fill the gap between the nickel sheet and FPC, enhance structural strength and reduce stress concentration.

Excellent heat resistance and high Tg system, which can meet the long-term high temperature working conditions of new energy vehicles;

Resistant to impact, heat and humidity, and chemical media, improving the long-term reliability of the battery connection system;

Excellent sealing performance, effectively prevent moisture, dust and corrosion, extending the service life of components.
