FPC/FFC connection systems are widely used in battery cell sampling and signal transmission in new energy vehicle battery packs. Its connectors, NTC/FUSE, crimp terminals and other components have long faced challenges such as vibration, moisture, heat and mechanical stress. MCOTI's encapsulating adhesive can encapsulate, pottage and reinforce protection of key components, improve connection reliability and environmental durability, and ensure the stable operation of the battery management system.

NTC/FUSE encapsulation: integrally encapsulate the temperature sensor and fuse to provide mechanical and environmental protection;

Connector potting: fill the internal gap of the connector to achieve sealing protection and improve connection stability;

Crimp terminal encapsulation: protects the crimping area and reduces the impact of vibration and external impact on connection reliability;

Nickel sheet reinforcement: fill the gap between the nickel sheet and FPC, enhance structural strength and reduce stress concentration.
