NTC/FUSE encapsulation: integrally encapsulate the temperature sensor and fuse to provide mechanical and environmental protection;
Connector potting: fill the internal gap of the connector to achieve sealing protection and improve connection stability;
Crimp terminal encapsulation: protects the crimping area and reduces the impact of vibration and external impact on connection reliability;
Nickel sheet reinforcement: fill the gap between the nickel sheet and FPC, enhance structural strength and reduce stress concentration.
UV encapsulation glue:
Second-level UV curing, rapid positioning and molding, greatly improving production efficiency and UPH;
Automatic dispensing, good colloid fluidity, accurate encapsulation, smooth appearance and no bubbles;
High adhesion, excellent bonding performance to PI, PC, FPC, metal and other base materials;
UV+moisture/UV+thermal curing can fully cure complex shadow areas, improving product reliability.

Excellent heat resistance and high Tg system, which can meet the long-term high temperature working conditions of new energy vehicles;
Resistant to impact, heat and humidity, and chemical media, improving the long-term reliability of the battery connection system;
