millimeter wave radar
As the intelligent driving functions of new energy vehicles continue to be upgraded, millimeter-wave radar, as an important sensing component of ADAS, is exposed to complex environments such as high and low temperatures, humidity and heat, vibration and dust for a long time, which puts forward higher requirements for structural sealing and environmental reliability. Adhesives are widely used in key parts such as radar casings, PCBs and connectors to achieve sealing protection, structural fixation and long-term reliability guarantee, ensuring the stable operation of radar systems.

sealant
CIPG/FIPG sealants are mainly used in sealing parts such as millimeter wave radar casings, covers and connectors, forming a continuous sealing ring on the casing joint surface to achieve waterproof, dustproof, moisture-proof and weather-resistant protection. Compared with traditional sealing gaskets, it can effectively reduce the impact of assembly tolerances, improve sealing reliability and automated production efficiency, and meet high protection level requirements such as vehicle grade IP67/IP69K.

CIPG (Cured-In-Place Gasket): In-situ curing to form a sealing rubber ring, suitable for high-precision, thin glue layer sealing;

FIPG (Formed-In-Place Gasket): includes formed sealing rings and foam sealant, suitable for applications with large shell tolerances or requiring high compression rebound.

Product advantages

CIPG in-situ forming seal can reduce the number of parts and assembly processes

FIPG is lightweight and has high compression rate, which can effectively compensate for assembly tolerances and shell deformation.

Excellent waterproof, dustproof and moisture-proof sealing performance

Automated dispensing to provide production efficiency and consistency

Flexible sealing alleviates thermal expansion, contraction and vibration stress, improving long-term reliability
