Structural Bonding

BOA-free, it has suitable fluidity, strong durability, and is resistant to mechanical vibration. It can still maintain a strong and long-lasting bonding effect under harsh conditions. High-precision polymer microbeads can be added to accurately control the thickness of the glue layer.

Thermal Conductive Insulation Coating

It has automotive grade high reliability and can achieve "thermal conductivity + insulation + bonding" integrated coating. High insulation, with a thickness of 100~250um, it can meet the high voltage requirements of 3000~6000V in different application fields. It has a wide range of applications, from precision insulation bonding to large-area thermal conductive insulation for MOSFETs.

Encapsulant

MCOTI encapsulation adhesive can be used in components, connectors, USB Type-C interfaces, IC pins and top encapsulation, etc. The product has excellent fluidity, adhesion, insulation and environmental resistance, which can effectively extend the service life of the device.

Display Bonding Adhesive

Navigation, infotainment, input screens and the head-up display are made up of different components that must be permanently connected to each other. MCOTI adhesives can be used to bond display frame structures to protective glass and to bond displays within sealed enclosures.

IC Protection

We provide customized mechanical reinforcement solutions: underfill, cornerfill, edgebond, supporting a variety of connection stabilization and optimization methods to ensure that semiconductor chips and other electronic devices maintain excellent performance throughout their life cycle.

Conformal Coating

PCBA's invisible protective net has a wrapping rate of 99.99% for components and chip leads. It has good anti-electrochemical corrosion and anti-sag properties. It supports "UV+moisture curing" and has a fast curing speed.

Potting

Isolate moisture to prevent short circuits, provide greater chemical protection in complex assemblies, and provide resistance to mechanical shock and vibration in challenging environmental conditions.

Sealant

Encapsulants and sealants are often used in electronics as so-called domes to protect electronic components. Protect components from moisture, dust, dirt and solvents.

Thermal Interface Materials

High-performance thermal management materials can effectively reduce thermal resistance, improve heat transfer efficiency, and have good fit, temperature resistance and insulation. They are suitable for various electronic device thermal management scenarios, helping equipment to stabilize heat dissipation and extend service life.
