The MEP 3700 series launched by MCOTI is a one-component heat-curing water-based epoxy spray material that can be sprayed directly on the surface of a radiator or metal base plate to form a dense, continuous, and highly adhesive thermally conductive insulating coating that can compress the creepage distance, breakdown risk, and heat conduction path between power devices, magnetic components, and metal casings.
