Various electronic and power components in the humanoid robot control module need to be insulated to ensure safe and reliable operation in different application scenarios. At the same time, due to high voltage and high current, thermal management is also a factor that needs to be considered in insulating coatings. The MEP 3700 series launched by MCOTI is a one-component heat-curing water-based epoxy spray material that can be sprayed directly on the surface of a radiator or metal base plate to form a dense, continuous, and highly adhesive thermally conductive insulating coating that can compress the creepage distance, breakdown risk, and heat conduction path between power devices, magnetic components, and metal casings.
